1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using The JobBridge ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. The JobBridge is operated by The JobBridge LLC, a Delaware limited liability company established in 2025.
2. Description of Service
The JobBridge provides AI-powered career advancement tools including resume optimization, job search assistance, interview preparation, and career coaching services. Our platform connects job seekers with opportunities through automated application systems and personalized recommendations.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or illegal activity
- Violate any federal, state, local, or international law
- Transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Use automated systems to access the service excessively
- Impersonate any person or entity
5. Payment Terms
The JobBridge operates on a paid subscription model with various premium plans. All features require an active paid subscription:
Subscription Requirements:
- All The JobBridge services require an active paid subscription
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
- Payment is required before accessing premium AI tools and features
- Enterprise plans available with custom pricing and features
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as available through our payment processor Stripe.
Refund Policy: Refunds are generally not provided for unused portions of subscription periods, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The JobBridge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it for service provision.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
DISCLAIMER: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE JOBBRIDGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE JOBBRIDGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The JobBridge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
